What is StayALERT: Employee Safety Program?

StayALERT is a bilingual, confidential website, e-mail, phone and texting avenue for county employees to be able to confidentially or anonymously report theft, fraud, employee safety, harassment, reckless driving and other workplace safety concerns. Users may report concerns 24-7-365 via this website, an e-mail, a phone call to a recorded and monitored line or via a text message from a cell phone. Photos and video clips pertaining to the StayALERT report may be included. No special app required!

 

StayALERT is monitored in REAL TIME by REAL PEOPLE. Reportable information will be forwarded in a timely manner to a pre-designated county official for review. Thank you for using StayALERT.

You are never required to reveal your identity. The idea is to facilitate information sharing between the county employee and county officials to ensure the safety of the county workplace. Any county employees is encouraged to call, text, e-mail or report online when employee safety is in question.

 

What StayALERT is NOT:

StayALERT is not a substitute to reporting an emergency. Any emergency should still be reported directly to local police, sheriff, EMS, or fire officials for immediate action and response. If you or anyone else is in danger, call 911!

 

Who may submit a StayALERT Report:

Any county employee may access the reporting portal to report a concern.
